Full Journal pdf1998-05-01 House Journal Page 3404 HB 482 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 482 "An Act relating to registration of noncommercial trailers and to registration of vehicles owned by disabled persons or persons who are 65 years of age or older; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page TRA RPT CS(TRA) NT 3DP 2NR 3278 ZERO FISCAL NOTE (ADM) 3279 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 482(TRA) "An Act relating to registration fees for certain noncommercial pickup trucks and vans and to registration of vehicles owned by disabled persons or persons who are 65 years of age or older; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Williams: Page 1, lines 1 - 2 (title amendment): Delete "registration fees for certain noncommercial pickup trucks and vans and to" Page 2, lines 5 - 22: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill section accordingly. Representative Williams moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered and the new title appears below: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 482(TRA) am "An Act relating to registration of vehicles owned by disabled 1998-05-01 House Journal Page 3405 HB 482 persons or persons who are 65 years of age or older; and providing for an effective date." Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 482(TRA) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 482(TRA) am was read the third time.
